Do's & Don'ts

DO BRING:  Drinks and snacks (alcohol is permitted) sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, jackets, coats, blankets, towels, and cameras.  Bring your child's life jacket if they have one.  If they don't have one, they are welcome to wear one of ours.

DO NOT BRING:  Pets, coolers, adult life jackets (a cooler, ice and life jackets are provided).  High heeled shoes and cowboy boots are not permitted on board.

PLEASE make sure you have picked up items you have brought on board when departing. 
We are not responsible for items lost or left on board after we have docked at the end of a cruise.



Private Charters

Private Charters are booked on a first come, first serve basis.  A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your date and time.  All times are available as long as it doesn't conflict with an existing schedule.  Private charters can occupy our regularly scheduled public sail times as long as nobody has already made a reservation for that time.  You can bring your own coolers on private charters.  Passengers will not be allowed on board on a private charters unless you invite them.  Private charters are a minimum of 2 hours. Maximum passengers = 28  

If you are tax exempt you will need to provide us with a tax exempt form before we set sail.  If you cannot provide a tax exempt form, you will be required to pay the tax-no exceptions.

Day Rates-sail ending before 4pm-minimum 2 hours   $800.00 cash discount rate(full amount in cash only)**
Sunset/Evening Rates-sail ending after 4pm-minimum 2 hours   $950.00 cash discount rate(full amount in cash only)**

Additional time may be available at an hourly rate after the first 2 hours. Please call for rates for additional hours.
 **Charges made with a CREDIT CARD will  result in the forfeiture of the cash discount rate


Rates include the boat, taxes, gratuity, a cooler and ice, and capt and crew.  We can accommodate additional coolers on Private Charters for your convenience.  Additional time is available after the first two hours on a per hour charge.

DIRECTIONS
From Galveston:  North on I-45 to Exit 7A/Hwy 146, Texas City.  North on Hwy 146 to Seabrook(over Kemah bridge) exiting on North side of bridge to the right(right turning lane on downside of bridge)toward 10th St./Fay Rd.  Right at first stop sign to go under bridge to second stop sign.  Enter Seabrook Marina straight ahead.  Turn left after first speed bump to drive through gate.  Enter access code and park along "P" dock.  Walk to P31 at South end of dock to Capt Kidd.
From Houston:  South on I-45 to Exit 24(Nasa Parkway Bypass).  Continue East on Bypass that changes into Nasa Parkway.  East on Nasa Parkway to Hwy 146(Bayport Blvd) turning right(South)0n Hwy 146 toward Kemah bridge.  Exit 10th St./Fay Rd. to right before going over bridge to stop sign.  Turn right at stop sign and enter Seabrook Marina. Turn left after first speed bump to drive through gate.  Enter access code and park along "P" dock.  Walk to P31 at South end of dock to Capt Kidd.
